Employer Involvement

Getting Involved

Without the support and commitment from employers, many of Lancashire Education Business Partnership's (LEBP's) programmes could not continue.  An overview of the events that we run and the benefits to you as an employer for getting involved can be found here.

Massive changes are coming in the education system - by 2013 four in ten 14-19 year old students will undertake vocational learning as part of their education.  Now, more than ever, employers’ involvement, both nationally and locally, in the education system is crucial to the successful development of tomorrow’s employees.

To learn about how employers can influence 14-19 year olds educational development click here.

LEBP has developed an Ambassador Programme to help to recruit and support the increasing number of employers who will be working with and developing young people to ready them for the world of work.
