Lancashire Education Business Partnership is working in conjunction with Lancaster and Morecambe 14-19 Group to put in place long term relationships between employers and schools whereby employers can and will support schools Work-related learning agendas.
Work-related learning is an increasingly important part of the school curriculum. Since 2004 it has been a statutory element at Key Stage 4.
Ambassadors of this programme will develop a new vision for Work-related learning and provide a broad range of work-related learning activities that will enrich the curriculum and raise learners' standards, improve participation, increase attainment and support the development of employability skills.
